Bagel Tuna Egg Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz (340g) drained canned tuna
02 - 2 eggs, boiled until firm
03 - 2 green onions, cut into tiny bits
04 - 1/3 cup (80ml) mayo
05 - 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
06 - 2 teaspoons everything bagel mix

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the firm-boiled eggs and thinly cut the green onions.
02 - Dump the tuna and diced eggs into a medium bowl.
03 - Mix the mayo and vinegar in until everything's coated nicely.
04 - Gently add the green onions and bagel seasoning, making sure flavors spread throughout.
05 - Add a little extra bagel seasoning and some fresh parsley on top before you eat.
