Hot Italian Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rolls and Bread

01 - 12 soft rolls (like Kings Hawaiian), sliced open horizontally

→ Deli Meats

02 - 5 oz pepperoni slices
03 - 6 oz ham, thinly cut
04 - 5 oz salami, sliced thin

→ Cheese & Peppers

05 - 1/3 cup pickled cherry peppers, sliced
06 - 9 slices provolone
07 - 1/3 cup pepperoncini rings

→ Garlic Butter Topping

08 - 2 pressed garlic cloves
09 - 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
10 - 1/4 cup melted salted butter

→ Dipping Option

11 - 1 cup marinara (for dipping, optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on and set it to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Put the bottom half of all the rolls on a pan, then lay the ham slices evenly across them.
03 - Place pepperoni, salami, and slices of provolone on the roll base. Scatter the cherry peppers and pepperoncini on top. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
04 - Stir crushed garlic, melted butter, and Italian seasoning together in a small dish.
05 - Coat the sliders with the garlic butter, making sure to get it into all the corners and edges.
06 - With foil covering the sliders, pop them into the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until nicely toasted.
07 - Take the sliders out, slice them apart, and dig in. You can include marinara sauce for dipping if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Using fresh garlic makes the flavor much richer compared to jarred versions.
02 - The sweetness of Kings Hawaiian rolls works beautifully with the salty deli meats.
