Stir the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt together in a big mixing bowl.

Turn the oven to 200°C and put a cast-iron skillet inside to warm up.

Punch the dough down and mold it into a round shape.

Carefully take the skillet out, grease it lightly, and lay the dough inside.

Brush the dough's top with olive oil and sprinkle on the sea salt.

Bake for 30 minutes till it's golden and has a crispy crust.
