Blend the rice cakes, nut butter, banana, and dates in a food processor. Keep mixing until it turns crumbly and sticks when pressed.

Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small, round balls with your hands.

Pop the balls into the freezer for about 15 minutes so the chocolate will harden quicker.

Take the balls out of the freezer and dip them one by one into the warm, melted chocolate. Decorate however you like.

Let the chocolate firm up completely. You can enjoy them right away or keep them in the fridge for up to a week.
