# Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until thoroughly browned and no pink remains. Drain off excess fat.
03 - Incorporate taco seasoning and undrained diced tomatoes with green chiles into the cooked beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes, then remove pan from heat.
04 - Transfer the beef mixture to a mixing bowl. Add shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until the filling is evenly combined.
05 - Arrange frozen phyllo tart shells evenly on a baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture into each shell, filling just to the rim.
06 - Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and filling is bubbling. If baking tart shells from frozen after filling, extend baking time by 2 to 3 minutes.
