01 - 1-2 packs (12-24 rolls) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
02 - 3/4 cup half and half
03 - 2 big eggs
04 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
07 - 1/4 cup butter, unsalted

08 - Dusting of powdered sugar
09 - Maple syrup for topping
10 - Seasonal berries (if you want)
11 - Whipped cream (if you want)

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and mix your half and half, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until it's all smooth and well combined.
02 - Put a big pan on medium-low and drop in some butter. Don't let the pan get too hot or you'll burn the butter.
03 - Take each Hawaiian Roll and dunk it quickly in your egg mixture, making sure all parts get wet.
04 - Toss the soaked rolls into your buttered pan with enough space between them. Let them cook about 2 minutes, flip them over, and keep cooking until they're golden and crispy all around.
05 - Take out the cooked pieces and do the same with any rolls you have left. Add more butter to the pan whenever you need it.
06 - Put your toast bites on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and pour some maple syrup on top. Add berries and whipped cream if you're feeling fancy.
