Grab a medium bowl and mix your half and half, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until it's all smooth and well combined.

Put a big pan on medium-low and drop in some butter. Don't let the pan get too hot or you'll burn the butter.

Take each Hawaiian Roll and dunk it quickly in your egg mixture, making sure all parts get wet.

Toss the soaked rolls into your buttered pan with enough space between them. Let them cook about 2 minutes, flip them over, and keep cooking until they're golden and crispy all around.

Take out the cooked pieces and do the same with any rolls you have left. Add more butter to the pan whenever you need it.

Put your toast bites on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and pour some maple syrup on top. Add berries and whipped cream if you're feeling fancy.
