Mix the almond butter thoroughly with the cinnamon and chai spice mix in a small bowl. Make sure it's smooth.

Carefully cut a slit along the top of each date, opening it just enough to make a pocket. Take out the pits if there are any.

Put about 1-2 teaspoons of the spiced almond butter mixture into the opening of each date. Gently press it closed.

Lay the stuffed dates flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pop them in the freezer for 2-3 hours so they harden up.

Heat the chocolate chips and coconut oil gently in a small pan on low. Keep stirring until it's completely melted and smooth.

Take the chilled dates and dunk them into the melted chocolate, covering them entirely. Place back on the parchment-lined tray.

Let the chocolate harden before serving. Store the finished dates in the fridge for a week at most.
