Return the beef and onion mixture to the pot. Add Manwich sauce, cooked farfalle pasta, and shredded Velveeta. Stir thoroughly until well combined and Velveeta is fully melted.

Transfer the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Cover the top with shredded Colby-Jack cheese.
