Condensed Milk Fudge Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 170 g of semi-sweet chocolate (chop it up or use chips)
02 - 1 can (400 g) of sweetened condensed milk
03 - 3 tablespoons of butter (your choice of salted or unsalted)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the chopped chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl.
02 - Set the microwave to medium-high and heat it for 30 seconds. Take it out, give it a mix, then keep heating in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely silky and everything is mixed well.
03 - Pour the condensed milk into a heavy-bottom saucepan, then add your butter and chopped chocolate.
04 - Use medium-low heat and keep stirring the whole time until the chocolate and butter are fully melted together. Stick to low heat so it doesn’t turn lumpy or gritty.

# Notes:

01 - Store this sauce in the fridge inside a sealed container for up to 2 weeks. When ready to use, warm it gently.
