Chocolate Chia Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ΒΌ cup chia seeds
02 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
03 - 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
04 - 1 cup plant-based milk (soy or almond)
05 - 3 tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup
06 - Vanilla extract (if you want, to taste)
07 - Tiny bit of salt (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and stir together the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and just a tiny bit of salt.
02 - Add your plant-based milk bit by bit while you keep stirring. This stops lumps and makes everything nice and smooth.
03 - Stir in the agave nectar or maple syrup until it's all mixed up. Give it a taste and add more sweetener if you want.
04 - Put a lid or some plastic wrap on the bowl and stick it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave it overnight. The chia seeds need time to soak up the liquid and get pudding-thick.
05 - Before you eat it, give everything a good stir to break up any clumps that might have formed.
06 - You can eat it plain or top it with some fresh fruit, nuts, or chocolate bits for extra crunch and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Your pudding gets thicker the longer you keep it in the fridge.
02 - If you want it super smooth, you can put it in a blender after it's set.
