01 - 12 pull-apart dinner rolls
02 - 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped

04 - 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
05 - 1 garlic clove, minced
06 - 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Carefully slice the tops off each dinner roll and remove most of the bread from inside, leaving a base.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and minced garlic until well blended.
04 - Brush the garlic chive butter inside and around each hollowed roll, reserving a small portion for the lobster meat.
05 - Bake the prepared rolls for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp.
06 - Toss the warm, cooked lobster meat with the reserved garlic chive butter until evenly coated.
07 - Pack each hollowed roll with a generous amount of lobster mixture. Top with extra chopped chives as garnish.
