Carefully slice the tops off each dinner roll and remove most of the bread from inside, leaving a base.

In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and minced garlic until well blended.

Brush the garlic chive butter inside and around each hollowed roll, reserving a small portion for the lobster meat.

Bake the prepared rolls for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp.

Toss the warm, cooked lobster meat with the reserved garlic chive butter until evenly coated.

Pack each hollowed roll with a generous amount of lobster mixture. Top with extra chopped chives as garnish.
