Pistachio Berry Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 ounces butter lettuce, chopped
02 - 5 ounces spring mix greens
03 - Fresh blueberries, 1 cup
04 - 1 to 2 small avocados, sliced up
05 - A handful of candied pecans
06 - 1/3 cup of pomegranate seeds
07 - 1 watermelon radish, sliced thinly
08 - Half of a medium red onion, sliced thin
09 - 2 ounces feta crumbles
10 - Creamy pomegranate dressing of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Mix up the butter lettuce and spring greens. Spread them out on a plate or put into bowls for individual servings.
02 - Scatter the thin onion slices, radish, pistachios, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, avocado, and feta over the top.
03 - Pour the pomegranate dressing on before you dig in. You can also sprinkle a little fresh black pepper over it if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Layer everything separately on the greens for a cleaner, prettier look.
02 - You can keep the dressing on the side if you'd rather keep the greens nice and crisp.
