Warm Nutella until it achieves a pourable consistency and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine water, unsalted butter, salt, and 1 tablespoon white sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove saucepan from heat. Immediately add flour and stir vigorously until a smooth dough forms. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Add whisked eggs one at a time to the dough, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.

Combine cinnamon powder and 1/2 cup white sugar in a bowl to create the coating. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F.

Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe 4-6 inch strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting with scissors. Fry churros 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove churros using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. While warm, roll in cinnamon sugar coating.

Serve churros with warm melted Nutella for dipping.
