Get your skillet nice and hot on medium-high.

Put your minced beef in a bowl with garlic granules, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well by hand.

Split your beef mix into 8 same-sized balls.

Push each beef ball onto one side of a keto wrap, spreading it all over.

Do the same thing with all your meat and wraps until you've got 8 burger setups.

Drop the wraps meat-down into your hot pan. Cook about 3-4 minutes, pushing down hard with your spatula to flatten them.

Flip your burgers, put a cheese slice on each, and cook another 2-3 minutes until the wrap gets crispy and cheese melts.

While they're cooking, mix all your sauce stuff in a bowl until it's smooth.

Smear some of your sauce mix on each cooked burger.

Add some lettuce and a couple pickle slices on top before you eat.
