02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1/4 cup whole milk
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
11 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Loaded Potatoes

13 - 4 large russet potatoes
14 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
15 - 1/2 cup sour cream
16 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
17 - 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
18 - Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
19 - Additional shredded cheddar cheese, for topping

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just incorporated.
02 - Form the mixture into a loaf and place on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
03 - Scrub potatoes thoroughly and pierce each with a fork. Place potatoes directly on oven rack and bake for 45 minutes, or microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, until fully tender. Allow to cool slightly.
04 - Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the flesh into a bowl, leaving skins intact. Mash potatoes with butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
05 - Spoon the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins. Top each with extra shredded cheddar cheese. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Slice the meatloaf and serve alongside loaded potatoes. Garnish potatoes with additional green onions or a spoonful of sour cream if desired.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For best results, avoid overmixing the meat mixture which can result in a dense texture.
