Lettuce Feta Greek Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 romaine lettuce hearts, cut into thin strips
02 - 4-5 green onions, chopped small
03 - 1 bunch fresh dill, finely cut
04 - 115g crumbled feta cheese

→ Dressing

05 - 120ml premium olive oil
06 - Fresh juice from 1 big lemon
07 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt

# Instructions:

01 - Wash romaine hearts well, then cut into super thin strips. Get them totally dry using your salad spinner.
02 - Mix olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Keep whisking until everything blends smoothly together.
03 - Throw your sliced romaine, chopped green onions, cut dill, and feta chunks into a big bowl.
04 - Add your dressing over everything. Toss it all together and gently rub the leaves with your fingers to soften them and spread the flavors around.
