Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add orzo and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the skillet along with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and firm.

Add cooked orzo to the skillet, tossing gently to integrate with shrimp and garlic.

Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat until tomatoes are slightly softened.

Remove skillet from heat. Fold in crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired. Serve warm.
