In a large bowl, mix the sliced kielbasa, chopped cabbage, diced potatoes, sliced onion, and minced garlic.

Tear four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Evenly divide the kielbasa and vegetable mixture among the foil sheets, placing each portion in the center.

Fold the foil over the mixture and crimp the edges tightly to securely seal each packet.

Place the foil packs on the grill or arrange them on a baking sheet in the oven. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once halfway through if grilling, until the potatoes are fork-tender and kielbasa is thoroughly heated.
