In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, diced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, seasoned salt, black pepper, and dried basil until evenly combined.

Press half the meat mixture into a 9×5-inch rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.

Arrange cream cheese and diced jalapenos lengthwise down the center of the meat layer.

Cover filling with the remaining meat mixture, pressing along the edges to enclose the cream cheese and jalapenos completely.

Evenly brush the top and sides of the meatloaf with ketchup. Lay bacon halves side by side over the surface.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
