# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Lightly coat a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil and line with parchment paper.
02 - Stretch or roll the pizza dough by hand until it forms a round approximately 10 inches in diameter. Place dough onto the prepared pan.
03 - In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until completely blended.
04 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 3/4 to 1-inch border. Layer mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced) over the cream cheese, then sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Distribute jalapeño slices evenly on top.
