Habanero Pineapple Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of chopped fresh pineapple
02 - 5-6 habanero peppers, roughly sliced
03 - Juice of one lime
04 - A handful of rinsed cilantro leaves
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
06 - 1 cup vinegar, white

# Instructions:

01 - Throw everything into a blender or food processor and blend until it’s silky smooth.
02 - Pour the blend into a saucepan and let it cook on low for about 15 minutes.
03 - Let the mixture chill completely before using a fine strainer if you’d like it less chunky.
04 - Move the sauce into clean bottles and pop them in the fridge.

01 - This has a bold mix of spicy heat and sweet flavors. Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
