Habanero Pineapple Sauce

2 cups of chopped fresh pineapple

5-6 habanero peppers, roughly sliced

Juice of one lime

A handful of rinsed cilantro leaves

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 cup vinegar, white
# Instructions:

Throw everything into a blender or food processor and blend until it’s silky smooth.

Pour the blend into a saucepan and let it cook on low for about 15 minutes.
03 -
Let the mixture chill completely before using a fine strainer if you’d like it less chunky.
04 -
Move the sauce into clean bottles and pop them in the fridge.
