Grilled Steak Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - ⅓ cup of Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce

→ Steak

02 - 12 oz sirloin or filet steak
03 - 1 Tbsp of your favorite steak seasoning blend (like Montreal)
04 - ½ tsp powdered garlic
05 - ¼ tsp of sea salt

→ Salad

06 - 8 cups of chopped romaine
07 - 4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
08 - ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
09 - ¼ cup of sweet corn kernels
10 - 1 Tbsp finely diced shallots or red onion
11 - 1 small avocado, either diced or sliced
12 - Fresh basil or thyme sprigs for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Whip up Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce using your go-to method, or grab some pre-made. Put aside for later.
02 - Sprinkle the steak evenly with steak seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Cook on the grill over medium-high heat, flipping after about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
03 - Take the steak off the grill and let it sit untouched for 5 minutes. Then slice it thinly.
04 - Grab a big serving plate or bowl and toss romaine, eggs, tomatoes, corn, onion, and avocado together.
05 - Lay the steak strips over the salad, drizzle the prepared sauce on top, and sprinkle with basil or thyme.

01 - For the juiciest results, let steaks come to room temperature before grilling.
02 - You can mix the sauce ahead of time and store it chilled for up to 3 days.
