Throw the sweetened condensed milk, butter and salt into a pan over medium heat.

Keep mixing until you can't see any butter chunks anymore.

Pour in your pistachio cream and stir till everything's blended together.

Keep cooking and stirring non-stop until it turns thick like soft candy.

Dump the mixture into a bowl and stick it in the fridge for 1-2 hours till it firms up.

After it's firm, scoop about 1 tablespoon and roll it in your hands to make a round shape. If it's too sticky, put a tiny bit of oil on your hands.

Roll each ball around in the diced pistachios till they're fully covered. Do this with all the mixture.
