01 - 450 grams ground chicken
02 - 60 grams breadcrumbs
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 medium carrot, grated
06 - 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped

08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, place ground chicken, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped parsley, and the egg. Mix until just combined.
03 - Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano to the mixture. Continue mixing to distribute seasonings evenly.
04 - With damp hands, form the mixture into small round patties, each about the size of a golf ball.
05 - Place the rissoles onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray each rissole with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Serve the baked chicken rissoles warm alongside a fresh salad, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
