Warm some butter on medium heat in a frying pan. Stir in garlic and chili flakes for a quick minute, then toss in the shrimp. Sauté both sides until they turn pink, around a minute or so. Drizzle with lemon juice and take it off the heat.

Lay the dough on your baking pan. Evenly spread the shrimp and their sauce over it, covering the surface. Sprinkle both cheeses generously over the top.

Pop it into a 260°C (500°F) oven until the edges are crispy and the toppings are gooey and golden. This should take about 10 minutes.

Scatter fresh parsley on top, let it rest for a bit to cool down, slice it up, and enjoy!
