06 - 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - Mix cooled ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
04 - On a clean surface, roll out biscuit or pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
05 - Spoon a portion of the beef and cheese filling onto the center of each dough square, then fold the corners and pinch to seal, forming a smooth ball.
06 - Place sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball, then sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
