01 -
In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian herbs. Blend thoroughly, then divide the mixture into four equal portions.
02 -
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just incorporated. Divide the mixture into eight equal balls, then flatten into 1/4-inch thick patties.
03 -
Place a portion of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of four patties. Top each with a remaining patty, sealing the edges firmly to enclose the filling. Gently press to form uniform burgers.
04 -
Grill the stuffed burger patties over medium-high heat to desired doneness. When nearly finished, top each with a slice of provolone cheese, then cover to allow the cheese to melt.
05 -
In a saucepan, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and garlic powder; simmer until water nearly evaporates, about 5 minutes. Add heavy cream, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch with 1/4 cup water until smooth, then stir into the sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
06 -
Place a burger on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Spoon generous amounts of creamy garlic sauce over the burgers. Close with the top bun and serve immediately.
