# Ingredient List:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
02 - 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, halved

→ Dairy

03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

→ Oils and Seasonings

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Herbs

09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until vibrant and just tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until browned and softened.
03 - Reduce heat slightly. Add remaining butter and minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Add blanched green beans to the skillet. Toss with mushrooms and garlic butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring gently until vegetables are heated through and evenly coated. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan, parsley, and rosemary before serving.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For optimal texture, avoid overcooking the green beans during blanching. They should remain crisp-tender.
