Juice the lemons, measure out frozen peach slices, and assemble all other ingredients.

In a high-speed blender, add frozen peach slices, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, ice cubes, and cold water.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy, adding additional cold water as needed to reach preferred thickness.

Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more honey, syrup, or lemon juice as needed.

Pour the peach lemonade into chilled glasses and garnish each with lemon slices, peach wedges, and mint leaves if desired.
