# Liste des ingrédients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 egg (separate yolk and white)
02 - 1 tsp granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 tsp table salt
04 - 1 Tbsp yogurt (plain)
05 - 1/2 cup milk, warmed
06 - 1/2 cup water, warmed
07 - 1 tsp dry yeast (active)
08 - 2⅓ cups all-purpose flour
09 - 2 Tbsp olive oil

→ Topping

10 - 1 tsp sesame seeds (white)
11 - 1 tsp nigella seeds

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Stir the yeast, sugar, warm milk, and water together in a bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it gets bubbly.
02 - In a big bowl, stir salt into the flour. Add in the foamy yeast, egg white, and olive oil, stirring until the dough becomes sticky and wet.
03 - Cover the mixing bowl with a towel and leave it somewhere warm for about 30-40 minutes, so the dough can puff up and double in size.
04 - Dust some flour on a parchment-lined baking tray. Take the dough and gently form it into a round shape on the tray, being careful not to press out too much air.
05 - Place a towel over the dough again and give it another 20 minutes to rise.
06 - Whisk together the leftover egg yolk, yogurt, and 1 tsp of water to make a light egg wash.
07 - Brush the egg wash all over the dough. Press lightly to create a ring about 2.5 cm inward from the edge, then make crisscross lines inside the circle. Top with sesame and nigella seeds.
08 - Bake at 200°C in a preheated oven for around 20 minutes, or until it turns a rich golden brown color.
