# Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame paste, black vinegar, chili oil, hoisin sauce, sugar, and hot water until smooth and combined.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until just browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
