In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 8 to 10 minutes until thoroughly browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, then simmer 5 minutes until well combined.

Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat or microwave for 20 seconds. Cover with a clean towel to maintain warmth.

Arrange a warmed tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and chipotle sauce. Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top. Fold and wrap tightly.

Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and grill an additional 3 to 4 minutes until both sides are crisp.

Remove burritos from heat and allow to cool for one minute. Slice in half and serve with desired accompaniments.
