Effortless Cheesy Pockets (Impression)

Golden, crunchy pockets stuffed with gooey cheese and all the pizza flavors you love. Awesome as a snack, party bite, or easy meal!

01 - 1 can (13.8 oz) store-bought pizza dough or your favorite homemade version

→ Stuffing

02 - ¾ cup of your go-to pizza sauce
03 - 1½ cups of shredded mozzarella
04 - ½ cup small pepperoni slices or diced pieces (optional)
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
06 - 1 tsp of mixed Italian herbs

→ Topping

07 - 1 tbsp of either melted butter or olive oil for brushing

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Spread out the pizza dough on a surface dusted with flour, then cut it into 8 squares or rectangles.
03 - Spread some pizza sauce on one side of each dough piece, sprinkle mozzarella generously, and toss on your chosen toppings. Add Parmesan and seasoning on top.
04 - Fold each piece of dough to enclose the filling, then press the edges together with a fork to keep everything inside.
05 - Apply melted butter or olive oil to the top. If you want, sprinkle more seasoning or even a bit of cheese.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 15–18 minutes and bake until the tops are nice and golden.
07 - Let them sit for a few minutes after baking, then serve. They’re great with extra pizza sauce for dipping!

# Informations complémentaires:

01 - For crisper pockets, make a tiny cut on the top before baking to let steam escape.
02 - These can be frozen after baking. Heat them up in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes when ready!
