Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Spread out the pizza dough on a surface dusted with flour, then cut it into 8 squares or rectangles.

Spread some pizza sauce on one side of each dough piece, sprinkle mozzarella generously, and toss on your chosen toppings. Add Parmesan and seasoning on top.

Fold each piece of dough to enclose the filling, then press the edges together with a fork to keep everything inside.

Apply melted butter or olive oil to the top. If you want, sprinkle more seasoning or even a bit of cheese.

Pop them in the oven for 15–18 minutes and bake until the tops are nice and golden.

Let them sit for a few minutes after baking, then serve. They’re great with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
