Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place each triangle into a muffin tin cavity with the widest part at the bottom, gently pressing to form a well for the filling.

Spoon approximately 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of cherry pie filling into each dough-lined muffin cup, allowing for a slight overflow.

Gently fold the corners of the dough over the cherry filling to partially enclose. Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 13 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

While the cherry bites bake, whisk together sifted confectioners’ sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust milk to achieve desired drizzle consistency.

Remove baked bites from oven and cool slightly. Spoon glaze over the warm cherry bites for even coverage. Serve warm.
