Crispy Ranch Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Supplies

01 - 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps, washed and dried
02 - 2 tablespoons powdered ranch dressing mix
03 - ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
04 - ½ cup creamy ranch dip
05 - ½ teaspoon onion and garlic seasoning blend
06 - ½ cup white flour
07 - ½ cup regular milk
08 - Nonstick spray for cooking

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F (or 200°C) and let it preheat.
02 - Grab 4 shallow bowls. Pour milk into one, mix flour with garlic-onion spice in the next, pour ranch into another, and mix panko crumbs with the ranch powder for the last bowl.
03 - Start by dipping a mushroom cap into the milk, then toss it into the seasoned flour and shake off the excess. Coat it in ranch dip, and finally press it into the crumb mixture. Place them in your air fryer pan or basket, then give them a good spritz with the nonstick spray.
04 - Set your air fryer and cook mushrooms until they're crispy and golden, which takes about 7 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - These mushrooms are super crunchy and perfect as a snack or a side. Eat them fresh for the crispiness!
