Mix the mayo, BBQ sauce, Dijon, yellow mustard, honey, and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Stir until smooth, then cover the bowl and chill it while prepping everything else.

Follow the cooking instructions on the chicken tenders' package. Cook them until crispy and golden—air fryers handle this well, too.

Warm up the brioche buns slightly by toasting them briefly until they’re soft and lightly toasted.

Use your favorite way (whether it’s an oven, frying pan, or air fryer) to cook the bacon until it’s perfectly crunchy. Let it drain on paper towels to soak up any leftover grease.

Generously spread the sauce on the inside of each bun. Add layers of chicken, bacon, lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, and pickles.

Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the top and, if you want, drizzle on a little extra sauce before handing them out.
