Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare no-boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Fold in crab meat, season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat when shrimp and crab are heated through.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and heavy cream. Mix until the texture is smooth.

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon Alfredo sauce to coat the bottom. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood filling, and additional Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers, reserving some noodles and sauce for the top.

Finish with a layer of noodles and Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, reserved Parmesan, and breadcrumbs evenly over the surface.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
