Rotel Ranch Boat Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip Base

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
05 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Optional Add-ins

06 - ¼ cup diced jalapeños
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
08 - ¼ cup chopped green onions

→ For Serving

09 - Crackers or tortilla chips

# Instructions:

01 - Start by mixing up the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning in a big bowl. Keep stirring until it's nice and smooth.
02 - Toss in the cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, jalapeños, and green onions. Stir everything until it's spread out evenly.
03 - Pop the bowl in the fridge and let it sit for at least half an hour so the flavors can come together.
04 - Give it a good mix right before serving. Add some cilantro on top if you like, then grab your chips or crackers to dig in.
