Creamy Baja Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese & Zesty Additions

01 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust for spice level)
02 - 1 tablespoon honey
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
04 - 80g crumbled cotija cheese

→ Creamy Base

05 - 180ml sour cream
06 - 120ml mayonnaise

→ Spices

07 - Salt, to taste
08 - ½ teaspoon cumin powder
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium-sized bowl and mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, fresh lime juice, honey, hot sauce, and all the seasonings. Stir until it's silky and smooth.
02 - Taste and add more salt or hot sauce if needed. Make sure the mix has just the right balance for you.
03 - Scoop it into a serving dish, cover up, and let it chill in the fridge for at least half an hour so the flavors can come together nicely.
