03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
06 - Optional: cheese slices
07 - Optional: sautéed onions
08 - Optional: arugula
09 - Optional: pickles

→ Cowboy Butter

10 - 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
14 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
15 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
16 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
17 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
18 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Pat steaks dry using paper towels and season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side until medium-rare. Remove from skillet and allow steaks to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
04 - While steak is resting, place slider buns cut side down in the same skillet. Toast until golden brown.
05 - Arrange sliced steak onto the bottom halves of slider buns. Generously spoon cowboy butter over the steak and add any desired toppings such as cheese, sautéed onions, arugula, or pickles. Top with the remaining buns.
06 - Serve immediately while hot, with extra cowboy butter available on the side for dipping.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - For best results, allow steak to rest before slicing to retain juices and ensure tenderness.
