Peach Cobbler Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups plain flour
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1 teaspoon table salt
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter
05 - 2 teaspoons instant yeast
06 - 1/4 cup white sugar
07 - 1 cup milk, warmed to about 110°F

→ Filling

08 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
09 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
10 - 2 cups small peach pieces (use fresh or canned)

→ Frosting

11 - 1 cup powdered sugar
12 - 4 oz softened cream cheese
13 - 1/4 cup softened butter
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

# Instructions:

01 - Add the yeast to the warm milk and sprinkle a little sugar on top. Wait about 5 minutes for it to foam. In a big bowl, throw in the sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Combine with the yeast mix and knead until the dough feels smooth. Leave it for an hour, covered, so it doubles in size.
02 - Mix the chopped peaches with cinnamon and brown sugar.
03 - Spread the dough out into a rectangle. Add the peach filling across the surface. Roll it up into a log, then slice it into 12 pieces. Lay these in a greased pan and let them puff up for 30 minutes.
04 - Set the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for about 25 minutes, or until they're golden on top.
05 - With a mixer, blend the softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
06 - Spread or drizzle the frosting over the rolls while they're warm, then serve.

# Notes:

01 - If you're using canned peaches, make sure you drain them well so the filling doesn't turn out soggy.
