Preheat oven to 425°F (220°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the pizza crust dough onto the prepared parchment or a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 6 equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

On one half of each dough square, spoon 1 tablespoon marinara sauce, sprinkle shredded mozzarella, and top with 2 pepperoni slices.

Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges together firmly with a fork to seal.

Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and a small amount of extra mozzarella if desired.

Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
