# Étapes de préparation:

- Grab a mixing bowl and whisk the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, coriander powder, chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, crushed kasuri methi, and salt together till smooth and lump-free.
- Toss the paneer, green pepper, onions, and jalapeño slices into the marinade. Mix everything softly until well coated. Cover it up and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or as long as 2 hours if you’re not in a rush.
- On medium heat, melt butter in a small pan. Mix it with marinara, cardamom, garam masala, chili powder, and kasuri methi. Stir till smooth and set aside once it's fragrant.
- Set your oven temperature to 450°F or 230°C while prepping the pizzas.
- Scoop a couple of spoonfuls of the spiced sauce onto one piece of naan. Spread it evenly but leave a thin border around the edges. Sprinkle cheese over, and layer with the marinated paneer, veggies, and jalapeños.
- Slide the topped naan onto a greased sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. To get it lightly browned, broil for an extra minute or two at the end.
- Let the baked naan pizza rest a few minutes before serving. If you want, drizzle some cilantro chutney on top before digging in.
