On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle.

Spread marinara sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border at the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives evenly over the sauce.

Starting from a long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch seam and ends to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush olive oil over the top and sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly across the surface.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes after baking.
