In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until the filling is smooth and well incorporated.

Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean work surface. Separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle. Roll each piece towards the pointed end, tucking the sides in gently.

Set the assembled rolls onto the prepared baking sheet with the point facing down. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
