01 -
Grab a big bowl and throw in your ground beef, egg, crumbled feta, fresh basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Get your hands dirty and mix everything until it's all blended together.
02 -
Divide your meat blend into 14 similarly sized burger patties.
03 -
Warm up a big pan over medium-high heat. Cook your patties until they're done how you like them. You might need to do this in batches if your pan isn't huge.
04 -
Take the cooked patties out and put them aside. Pour off any extra fat from the pan.
05 -
Turn the heat down to medium. Pour in the beef broth and scrape up all those tasty bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.
06 -
Stir in the heavy cream, mixed Italian herbs, diced green onions and tomato paste until everything's nice and smooth.
07 -
Throw in some salt and pepper to your liking, and let it bubble away until the sauce gets thicker.
08 -
Put the patties back in the pan and roll them around to get them covered in the sauce.
09 -
Serve them up hot with some extra chopped green onions on top if you want.
