04 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour

08 - 2 teaspoons Vanilla Chai Spice mix

→ Top Layer

09 - Optional—a sprinkle of coarse sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 400°F (200°C). Give a 6-cup muffin pan a quick spray with cooking oil, then put it to the side.
02 - Grab a big bowl and whisk together the milk, oil, and egg until it’s all mixed nicely.
03 - Add sugar, flour, salt, Vanilla Chai Spice blend, and baking powder to the liquids. Gently stir it together until it just comes together. Don’t overdo the mixing!
04 - Take a cookie scoop or spoon and divide the batter evenly between the 6 muffin cups. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle some coarse sugar on top.
05 - Pop the pan into your preheated oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes. They’re ready when the tops turn golden and firm.
06 - Take the pan out of the oven and leave the muffins to cool for 10 minutes. Then move them to a rack to cool completely before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - You can buy pre-mixed Vanilla Chai Spice or try making it at home with a combo of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, a bit of cloves, and some vanilla powder.
