14 - 40 g Sliced goat's cheese
15 - Dried thyme, just a pinch

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven up to 220°C or set gas to mark 7.
02 - Unroll the pastry onto a baking tray while keeping it on its parchment paper. Use a knife to divide it into quarters. Carefully score a border (0.5 cm) around each piece with the knife.
03 - Layer your chosen toppings on top of each pastry quarter. Coat the edges with milk or a beaten egg using a brush.
04 - Pop them in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and toppings look bubbly and browned.

# Notes:

01 - This dish is super flexible! Mix and match up to four flavor combos, which is great if you're serving picky eaters.
02 - Keep the pastry chilled until you're ready to work with it—it'll make things much easier.
