09 - Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
10 - Additional buffalo sauce, if desired

# Preparation Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix diced rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and dry ranch seasoning until uniform.
02 - Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1/3 cup of filling mixture into the center of the wrapper.
03 - Moisten the wrapper edges lightly with water. Fold up the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the left and right corners to the center, pressing gently. Roll the wrapper tightly to enclose the filling, ensuring all edges are sealed.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
05 - Arrange egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for 3–4 minutes, flip each egg roll, spray with cooking spray again, and continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Remove egg rolls from the air fryer. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and extra buffalo sauce if desired.

# Supplementary Details:

01 - Do not overfill wrappers to ensure the egg rolls seal properly and crisp evenly. Cook in batches if necessary to maintain airflow in the air fryer.
