Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast (Impression)

01 - 1 loaf French bread, cut into 2 cm cubes
02 - 8 large eggs
03 - 480 ml whole milk
04 - 120 ml heavy cream or half and half
05 - 50 g granulated sugar
06 - 110 g brown sugar, divided
07 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
08 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 - 225 g cream cheese, cut into 16 cubes
11 - 300 g fresh blueberries, washed and patted dry

12 - 65 g plain flour
13 - 110 g brown sugar
14 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
15 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
16 - 115 g unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Combine eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, 110 g brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
03 - Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and toss thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed.
04 - Transfer half of the soaked bread mixture into the prepared baking dish. Scatter half the cream cheese pieces and half the blueberries evenly over the surface.
05 - Pour the remaining bread mixture on top, then distribute the remaining cream cheese cubes and blueberries evenly.
06 - In a separate bowl or food processor, combine flour, 110 g brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and blend with a fork or pulse until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
07 - Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the assembled bake. Transfer to the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the centre is set.
